1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and bc jili ("the Platform," "we," "us"). 3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on bc jili are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are accepted via local payment channels including Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. bc jili does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as funding methods for gameplay.

Deposits are credited to your bc jili wallet upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment channel. bc jili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.

You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may vary by payment method or account tier.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. bc jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement — once verified, future withdrawals do not require re-submission unless your personal details change.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by payment channel availability or additional verification requirements.

bc jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond to any concerns raised.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or server error during a game session, bc jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. Decisions by bc jili on technical matters are final.

For sports betting: odds are correct at the time of bet placement. Settlement is based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. bc jili's trading team decisions on sports bet settlement are final.

bc jili does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or event at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, or other operational reasons.
